Zoom Consultation
(Approx. 30 minutes)

Beforehand, please send us your floor plan, completed questionnaire, room photos, and any images of your preferred interior style. On Zoom, please share an overview of your requests.

Quotation

Based on the Zoom consultation, we will send you a service quotation and a draft service agreement tailored to your needs.

Contract

Once we receive your payment for the design/service fee and your signed agreement, the contract will be finalized.

On-Site Visit, Measurements & Consultation

We will visit the site for viewing, measurements, and further consultation. Whenever possible, we ask you to join us so we can discuss details on-site.

Proposal / Purchasing

Depending on your request, we can accompany you to showrooms, provide on-site proposals, and design custom furniture.
※Online proposals are also available.
※Additional services can be arranged upon request.

Delivery & Installation

We will assist with balanced furniture placement, decoration, and project management for custom furniture installation. If you prefer, you can also manage these steps yourself for a simpler process.
