When this client moved from a serviced apartment to an unfurnished condominium, they entrusted us with designing every room from scratch. One constraint from property owner: Avoid drilling into the walls — a challenge that inspired us to think creatively. Without the option of hanging artwork or mirrors, we turned to lighting as a design hero. Carefully selected pendant and floor lamps brought a sense of calm sophistication, illuminating the space with warmth and elegance. The overall aesthetic is defined by clean, linear forms — seen in the sleek sofa, pendant lighting, and an impressive 3.5-meter TV cabinet — all contributing to a crisp, polished atmosphere. For the children’s room, we kept things fun and budget-friendly with removable wall stickers, creating a cheerful and playful environment. In the bay window, custom cushions add both function and charm. In the home office, a full-height bookshelf was secured to the ceiling, avoiding wall damage while offering ample storage. Updating the lighting here transformed the room into a refined, inviting place to work. The final result is a home where calm and quality meet, proving that limitations can inspire beautiful, thoughtful solutions.
